Jeffrey has been involve with the cross country club at his school this year. They met twice a week before school to go running. His best friend Gabe has done it for the past three years, so Jeffrey was always really excited to go. To finish off the year they had a race. It was 2.1 miles (according to the coach, but it may have been a little less!) Jeffrey had a lot of fun, and ran almost the entire way (he says).

We are really proud of Jeffrey and so happy that he had the chance to do Cross Country Kids this year.

Haha... I see you are working on his speed, too. Just keep feeding him lots of protein so that he can build up those muscles. :) Just kidding, but seriously :|
Awesome Jeffrey. Grandma has never run in a cross country race. You are terrific.
