Jeffrey fell in love at my parents house. Luckily for him and me, it was with a dirt bike! My brother David got this particular dirt bike for Christmas a while back, but since he is on his mission, Jeffrey had free reign with it while on vacation. He started off slow and steady, but now brags about how fast he can go. Luckily, no major injuries were sustained! (Also, luckily, the dirt bike stayed at my parents house and did not accidentally come home with us!) He rode all over the yard, and only stopped to fill up with gas!
Jeffrey has grown up a lot in the last year. He is responsible and helpful and a great older brother. It is fun to see him do "big kid things". And he makes me laugh because he CAN'T wait to drive (umm buddy you are only 10, you'll have to wait 6 more years!) He learned to love to read this last year and is doing well in school. He is even earning his own money to buy a laptop and save for his mission. He needs less than $50 to buy the laptop he wants. His is just a lot of fun and I am glad he had fun showing off for me and the camera. Now I just wish I had better photography skills!

Spencer will be really jealous when I show him these pictures of Jeffrey. About a month ago we were at the playground at Spencer's school and we saw a boy (probably about Jeffrey's age) riding on a motorcycle like that. He has been talking about it a LOT since then.
